1 Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "369club," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 369club online gaming platform accessible at 369club.asia and all its associated services, applications, and subdomains.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 369club platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the 369club platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Real Money Wager" or "Bet" means any wager placed using funds held in a player's 369club wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, which 369club is required to conduct in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and regulatory requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "GCash" and "PayMaya" refer to Philippine mobile e-wallet payment services used for deposits and withdrawals on the platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 369club. By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree" during onboarding, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions;
2. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines;
3. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
4. All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current; and
5. You agree to be bound by all current and future amendments to these Terms as notified by 369club.

These Terms should be read alongside the 369club Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the platform.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account at 369club, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You have not previously been excluded from the 369club platform by self-exclusion, administrative suspension, or permanent ban;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 369club or any of its affiliated game providers;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful; and
• You are not acting on behalf of, or funding the account of, any third party.

369club reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Account Registration and KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 369club platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all account balances. When registering, you must provide your genuine Philippine mobile number, a secure password, and accurate personal details as requested.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

369club is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR framework guidelines to conduct KYC verification on all player accounts. Full withdrawal access requires the successful completion of KYC. You will be required to submit:

• A clear photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, valid passport, or Land Transportation Office driver's license);
• A recent selfie photograph holding your ID; and
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing registered name and number), where required.

KYC submissions are typically reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours. 369club reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. 369club will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify the 369club support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 369club shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to notify 369club in a timely manner.

5 Deposits

All deposits to your 369club account are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 via GCash and PayMaya;
• Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (TRC-20);
• All funds deposited must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted;
• 369club does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees which are outside 369club's control;
• Deposited funds credited to a 369club account are non-transferable to other accounts;
• 369club reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that triggers fraud detection protocols or cannot be verified under KYC procedures.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take longer to reflect depending on banking processing times. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact the 369club support team with your transaction reference number.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests from your 369club account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100;
• Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the verified 369club account holder;
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal. Unmet wagering requirements will result in withdrawal requests being applied to real money funds only;
• 369club reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals or where fraud indicators are present.

6.2 Processing Timeframes

Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash: 5–30 minutes under normal conditions;
• PayMaya: 15–60 minutes under normal conditions;
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: 1–6 hours during banking hours;
• USDT (TRC-20): 15–30 minutes.

These timeframes are indicative and may vary during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. 369club is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

369club offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonus offers are governed by the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet eligibility requirements as stated in each individual promotion's terms;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered on qualifying games before a withdrawal can be requested;
• Only real money wagers on qualifying games contribute toward wagering requirements. Wagers on excluded games or placed using bonus funds on ineligible games do not count toward requirements;
• Each bonus offer has a specified validity period. Unclaimed or unactivated bonuses expire at the end of their stated validity period;
• 369club reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinated betting activity, will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

8 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 369club platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface, in addition to these general Terms. Key gaming conditions include:

• All slot games, table games, and live dealer games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness;
• Live casino games use real physical equipment — cards, roulette wheels, dice — operated by trained dealers under continuous camera surveillance;
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents a game round from completing, the affected wager will be void and the staked amount will be returned to the player's wallet;
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player;
• 369club reserves the right to void any bet or withhold any winnings where there is evidence of a technical error, software malfunction, or where incorrect odds or payouts were displayed due to a system error.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 369club platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational online gaming;
• Creating more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC procedures;
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software not authorized by 369club;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any activity in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward 369club staff or other players;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in charge-back fraud or any form of payment fraud.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

369club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering indicators are detected on the account;
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute through their payment provider;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requires the suspension of the account; or
• The player voluntarily requests account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, 369club reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is identified, any real money funds (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Responsible Gaming

369club is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered members through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that can be set and adjusted by the player;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session duration reminders and enforced session limits;
• Loss Limits: Configurable limits on the maximum net loss within a specified period;
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during active gaming sessions showing time elapsed and net position;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent self-exclusion that blocks all access to the platform for a specified period or indefinitely.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

369club collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: registration details, KYC documentation, transaction records, gameplay history, communication records, and device/session identifiers. This data is used to operate and improve the platform, fulfill legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

369club will not sell personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement bodies, payment processors, and game providers where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the 369club platform — including but not limited to software, game content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, user interface designs, and audio-visual elements — is the property of 369club or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software;
• Create derivative works based on platform content;
• Use any 369club trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written authorization.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 369club's liability to any player is limited to the real money funds held in that player's verified account at the time of the event giving rise to liability. 369club expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or information;
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages outside 369club's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security; and
• Losses arising from the player's own violation of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

369club reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 369club will notify registered players through one or more of the following methods: in-platform notification, registered email address, or a prominent notice on the 369club homepage.

Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 369club platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation via the 369club customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration or referred to the appropriate Philippine courts with jurisdiction over the matter, as required by applicable law.

Players with complaints about 369club's services may also submit a formal complaint through PAGCOR's player dispute resolution channels in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
